A replacement has been fitted and configured the same as the failed unit but now we are unable to get a connection using Cisco An圜onnect. Recently the latest Smart Hub was taken out by an electrical storm (along with most of our neighbours routers. We have replaced the HH6 a couple of times when it has failed. After reluctantly swapping the ASUS out for a Smart hub all has been OK for a year or so. We have had problems with this previously when I had a ASUS router installed.
